»   In PDF format... Instructions for using the Access Template
»   To accompany Chapter 7, starting on page 111.  The Access template is QR_Database.mdb. Notice: This file, with its native extension, ends with the .mdb file extension. Because many sophisticated (and potentially dangerous) procedures can be done with .mdb files some browsers block the download of these files. If you get an error message, proceed to one of the alternative downloads below.

»   Alternate file to accompany Chapter 7, starting on page 111. If you have problems downloading the .mdb file above, then download the following file. It is the Access template with a dummy extension, QR_Database.xyz. Once the file is on your computer, change the extension back to .mdb by viewing the file in My Documents, then right-click on the file, then select Rename. See also, Chapter 3, pages 38-39.

»   Alternate file #2 to accompany Chapter 7, starting on page 111. If you have problems downloading the files above because they are too big, then download the following file. It is the Access template in compressed .zip format, QR_Database.zip. Once the file is on your computer use a Zip compression program to unzip (uncompress) the file. This will render the original QR_Database.mdb file in its uncompressed form. If you are unfamiliar with Zip programs, Google "Zip Programs". I have used PKZip, WinZip, and SimplyZIP.
